•   When you are ready to make a booking, contact us to check date availability.
  
•  We will then make a provisional booking (held for 7 days) and email a booking form for  completion. (If cot and high chair are required, please let us know at time of booking)

How and when to pay

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. This payment to be made by bank transfer or cheque. Details for paying will be emailed to you together with the booking form.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you when your deposit has cleared, giving details of the remaining balance and the latest date for making this payment.

Please post the completed form together with your deposit to us within 7 days.

Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. If the remaining balance is not paid at this time, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

SecuityDeposit: We do not ask for a security deposit. All we ask is that you respect our home for what it is and leave it as you find it.

Clients must always notify the owner or property manager of any damage to the property or it's contents.

In the event of any emergency affecting services to the house, access must be allowed for repairs to be carried out

Cancellation charges in respect of property rental.

Up to 8 weeks before commencement of holiday - forfeit of deposit.

Within 8 weeks of holiday - the total cost will be forfeited.

General Information

We advise you to arrange adequate medical / holiday insurance for your holiday.

Cot linen is NOT provided.
Beach towels are NOT provided.
All other bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly.

Following preparations for your arrival, the accommodation will normally be available from 14:00 hours. Upon your departure, the villa should be vacated by 10:00 hours.
