• When you have decided on the dates for your holiday, please contact us
  

• We will make a provisional booking, and email a booking form to you
• Please post the completed form together with your deposit to us within 7 days.
• Cheques should be made payable to A. Trafford and sent to the address in England (or to the address in the Portugal if paying in euros).

Booking conditions
The balance is due 8 weeks before the beginning of the holiday. If the booking
is made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the full amount due
should be paid when sending the booking form.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is required with the final balance, this will
be refunded within 2 weeks following departure date provided no damage was
caused to property or contents and provided no excessive cleaning is required.

Clients must always notify the owner or property manager of any damage to the
property or it's contents and leave the property clean and in good order. In the
event of any emergency affecting services to the house, access must be allowed
for repairs to be carried out.

Cancellation charges in respect of property rental.
         Up to 8 weeks before commencement of holiday - forfeit of deposit.
         Within 8 weeks of holiday - the total cost will be forfeited.

We advise you to arrange adequate medical / holiday insurance for your
holiday.

Following preparations for your arrival, the accommodation will normally be
available from 14:00 hours. Upon your departure, the villa should be vacated by
10:00 hours.

Please remember that the water supply in a hot climate is not generally plentiful
therefore please use water considerately.
